SS-20TAZ horizontal band sealer is a high quality horizontal band sealer equipped a nozzle type vacuum device designed to remove 70-90% of excess air from the bag or gas flush (1-12 second timer).  Sealer cannot vacuum and gas flush together.  The sealer is suitable for all sealing all types of materials and bags.  Can seal PE, PP, aluminum foil bags or any other thermoplastic material.

• Nozzle type device for vacuum (70-95% excess air) or gas flush (1-12 second timer)

• Gas flush unit (SS-20TAZ-G) can either vacuum or gas flush (cannot perform both functions at the same time)

• Variable sealing speed up to 465 inches/minute

• Sealing width - 10mm

• Seals bags up to 7mil thickness (14mil total thickness)

• Maximum conveyor load - 22lbs

• Conveyor belt width - 7.9"; suitable for bags up to 260mm (10.2" length)

• Adjustable conveyor height
